Reasoning for Writing-The Fault in Our Stars

I just finished The Fault in Our Stars. This was a great book. In my opinion the author's reasoning for writing this book is to live every moment like it's your last, also to never underestimate the possibilities of what could happen. This story opened my eyes to realize that anything could happen. Hazel Grace was a girl with a terminal toomer and her boyfriend Gus was in remission. Gus always thought that he would be okay for the rest of his normal life (with the acception of a prosthetic leg). That was until he was later diagnosed with cancer that was all over his body and his cancer became more serious and uncurable than Hazel. So, remember never to underestimate yourself because what you think may never happen always could come up and bite you in the long run.

  1. I have always wanted to read this book but never got around to it. Would you read anymore of John Greens books?

  4. Wow, this sounds like a really deep book, and with a good moral to it. Doesn't seem like it has a happy ending to it either though. Kinda like Marly and me. Man i am NEVER watching that movie, or reading the book because a puppy dying, is not my idea of fun. Sorry, i kinda went off there. I like deep books though. Sounds cool!

  6. This seems like a heart warming novel which is truly touching. I am not a person who is in to sad stories but this one book might be an exception as it sounds like it would be a very interesting novel. This is definitely going on my, must read list.
